SB 490 is a bill that would require the purging of the voter checklist everey two years instead of every 10. Keeping an updated checklist is an important step in having fair elections.
This bill is being heard before the Senate Election Law and Municipal Affairs Committee hearing today, January 30, 2024, at 10:00 AM.
